How we measure success

Not by how many followers we've gathered. By whether:

• More people feel known

• More neighbors become friends

• Kids grow up surrounded by adults who care about them

• Elders are honored instead of sidelined

• Meals get shared, and laughter gets heard around a fire

• Someone asked for help and actually found it

• Someone realized their gifts mattered

If those things are happening, the village is working.
